About Us
Morgan Heath is a business broker specialising in the financial services market. Our forte is the IFA sector and the team has had success with selling many practices throughout the UK, stretching as far south as southern Cornwall and as far North as the Outer Hebrides.
We operate from our London office and have a small team of brokers and support staff.
Our transaction experience ranges from the low thousands to many millions of pounds and although the outcome value may be different, we deal with all our clients with the same professionalism and friendly approach. We pride ourselves on being honest and realistic when it comes to saying where and how we can help and we will always give a frank and straightforward overview of how we think a business can be sold or merged.
At Morgan Heath our fee is generally paid by the acquirer. This allows the seller the peace of mind that, should the business be sold using our services, they will not pay a fee. This means that we do not have any contracts for sellers to fill in. A simple confidentiality agreement is needed to protect all confidential information passed between us before we start.
Our team are well qualified and experienced to deal with all types of transaction and are happy to have no obligation discussions either on the phone or in person. We are happy to travel to you to talk through the process and to discuss how we can help with selling or expanding your business.
